LLP desiring to change its name
may do so by in accordance with provision of rule 20(1) of LLP Act 2008. Notice
of such change shall intimate to registrar in Form 5, within 30 days. The Registrar
on being satisfied that the changed name is the one as reserved by him shall
issue a fresh certificate of incorporation in the new name and it shall be
effective from the date of such certificate.
