We will try our best to satisfy our customers with our service. There is no issue in case you decide to cancel the service after payment, we will arrange to refund your money as per our cancellation and refund policy.
Under this cancellation policy you can request for a refund of fees you paid subject to the following conditions;
1) In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made, the cancellation request will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of service availing subject to deduction of processing charges of 40% from the total value. In any other case, deduction will be subject to level of processes completed and on the sole choice of company.
Further once the service is purchased and client does not respond to the requirements, not reachable or doesn;t contact us back for long time i.e. till 6 months, the amount so paid by the user against the service purchased shall be considered as delivered and shall be at sole discretion of the management to provide such service ot not. No refund can be claimed against such order and the discretion lies with EzeeStartuo for execution and can be considered only for exceptional circumstances with valid evidence. EzeeStartup management decision shall be final in such cases.
2) Ezeestartup.com has also reserves the right to disconnect the services to the subscriber in case of any reasons, including negative address verfication, non payment, violation of any terms of this agreement, usage of the service for any illegal or immoral activity etc.
3) Once the fee is paid will not be refunded due to any consequent changes or restriction or limitation at user or govt end or any rejection or any technical issues or any fees revised at govt end, however consequent incremental changes in govt. norms/rules or fee, the additional cost so levied by the govt, shall be borne by service receiver only.
4) In case there is any considerable change in prices due to increase in govt fee or associate fee, and user has purchased the service previously or prices on website is unchanged, the amount so paid by the user shall be refunded upon request after deducting the payment gateway charges,
